The definitive privacy policy above (in French) remains the operative document for users in France and the European Economic Area.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. What the integration does<\/h3>\n\n<p>Beyabane uses TikTok&#8217;s official developer APIs \u2014 specifically <strong>Login Kit<\/strong> and the <strong>Content Posting API<\/strong> \u2014 for the sole purpose of publishing our own short product showcase videos to our own TikTok business account (<code>@beyabane<\/code>). The integration is internal to Beyabane. It is not offered to third parties and does not process data belonging to any TikTok user other than the authorised Beyabane account holder.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. TikTok data we access<\/h3>\n\n<p>Through the integration, Beyabane accesses the following data belonging to the Beyabane TikTok account only:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Account identifiers<\/strong> \u2014 the TikTok <code>open_id<\/code>, <code>display_name<\/code> and <code>avatar_url<\/code> of the Beyabane account, obtained via the <code>user.info.basic<\/code> scope. This information is used to confirm that the OAuth connection is established with the correct account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Publishing metadata<\/strong> \u2014 the <code>publish_id<\/code> and processing status returned by TikTok after each upload, obtained via the <code>video.upload<\/code> and <code>video.publish<\/code> scopes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> access, request or store any personal data of TikTok viewers, followers, commenters or any other third-party TikTok user.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. How we use this data<\/h3>\n\n<p>The data described above is used exclusively to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify that our publishing requests are directed at the correct TikTok account.<\/li>\n<li>Track whether each video we upload has been successfully published by TikTok.<\/li>\n<li>Generate internal operational logs (pin IDs, upload timestamps) to help diagnose failed publications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>No TikTok data is used for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to publishing videos from our own catalogue to our own TikTok account.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data retention<\/h3>\n\n<p>TikTok access tokens are stored on our server in encrypted form and refreshed in accordance with TikTok&#8217;s OAuth 2.0 token lifecycle. Account identifiers (<code>open_id<\/code>, <code>display_name<\/code>, <code>avatar_url<\/code>) and publishing metadata are retained for up to <strong>24 months<\/strong> for operational and audit purposes, and are deleted earlier if the integration is removed.<\/p>\n\n<p>If Beyabane revokes the TikTok connection (either from within our server-side admin tools or from <em>TikTok \u2192 Settings \u2192 Security and login \u2192 Manage connected apps<\/em>), the access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately. Operational logs are retained for a maximum of six months after revocation.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data sharing<\/h3>\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> share TikTok-derived data with third parties. TikTok data is not transferred outside the European Union. The data is handled only by authorised GLOBAL CORP personnel and by our infrastructure provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), acting as a sub-processor under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security<\/h3>\n\n<p>We protect TikTok access tokens and operational data with industry-standard measures: encrypted storage, restricted server access, TLS 1.2+ in transit, firewalled infrastructure, automated intrusion detection (Fail2ban), and routine security updates.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your rights and how to revoke access<\/h3>\n\n<p>Because the integration only concerns Beyabane&#8217;s own TikTok account, there are no third-party user rights to exercise under this integration. Nevertheless, any person who believes that TikTok-related data is processed about them may contact us at <a href=\"mailto:hello@beyabane.com\">hello@beyabane.com<\/a> to exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) as described in the main policy above.<\/p>\n\n<p>The connection between Beyabane and the TikTok platform can be terminated at any time by the account holder:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the TikTok mobile app.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <em>Settings and privacy \u2192 Security and login \u2192 Manage connected apps<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Beyabane&#8221; and tap <em>Remove<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Once removed, Beyabane will no longer be able to publish to the TikTok account. Our stored tokens are automatically invalidated.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Compliance with TikTok policies<\/h3>\n\n<p>Beyabane complies with the <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.tiktok.com\/doc\/developer-terms-of-service\/\">TikTok Developer Terms of Service<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/legal\/privacy-policy\">TikTok Privacy Policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/community-guidelines\">TikTok Community Guidelines<\/a>.
